On March 24th, The Premier of Ontario provided a clear definition for businesses that can and should remain open in the Province.
In light of the current circumstances that we are all facing together; strict protocols have been put in place to insure the safety of our clients, staff, and vendors.
We recognize that our commercial/industrial, government, institutional, and residential clients continue to require service for leaks, repairs, warranties, and exterior roofing / contracting projects.
Measures We are Taking for Everyone’s Protection
- Our Office/ Production facility has a monitored and limited access protocol in place for some time.
- There is a strict hand washing and social distancing protocol being monitored.
- Our facility receives ongoing cleaning throughout the day.
- Estimators and Service Technicians are not permitted to enter your home or attic at this time.
- Estimators and Service Technicians are not permitted to have direct physical contact with clients and associates.
- Service personnel practice safe distancing with our clients, and their associates.
- Incoming deliveries are restricted to essential materials and goods, and are supervised.
- We are in compliance with Ministry of Labour Requirements for Health & Safety.
- We are in compliance with the ARR® Health & Safety Policy.
- Our Human Resources personnel are responsible for the monitoring of staff safety initiatives, and ongoing education involving safe service protocols.
- All group meetings /gatherings are cancelled until further notice.
- Work orders /service orders are being transmitted electronically where possible.
- Clients can receive estimates, sign for work, or pay for services on line.
